But if you want most of the details from pre conception to post delivery in one go then it is an ideal book. It is not recommended to follow each and every ayurvedic medicine given here without consulting your gynec coz every womens case is different so are her body's requirement. Thanks to Dr. Balaji Tambe for providing natural right from conception till and after delivery recipes, remedies too. Though everything is hard to follow due unavailability of proper trained Ayurvedic Doctors during pregnancy, there are definitely key take aways in the book. There is good source of information on pregnancy nutrition the ancient & healthy way. My only request was to keep Ayurvedic Doctors trained for consultation in pregnancy as the situation has become such that we need to consult only Gynaecologist who prescribes only allopathy medicines that have side effects. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful Nice book.
