The biggest PRO is you don't need to fix is. Its Standalone!! But there are screws where you can fix it to the "floor"(Or the bottom of your kitchen cabinet) All the pans I put in there are heavy duty creamic pans so no problem with weight. A must buy if you want to organize pans. I bought this because I noticed my mom was keeping pans one inside the other and that created scratches. For a long time we used the bubble wraps we get from products we order from amazon to keep between the pans. But it was a big mess you always had to find place to keep the bubble wrap This nifty little product solved that.
