This review is from: Dr. Morepen BG-03 Gluco One Glucometer, 25 Strips (Multicolor) (Personal Care) I have bought this product because I find its test strips are much cheaper than that of Accu-check, which I already own. But this product disappointed me completely. When I got the product I checked my blood sugar three consecutive times within five minutes to check its level of accuracy. I first got 136, then 152 and at the third time I got 118 mg/dl . It is common for every measuring instrument an amount of variability but here this glucometer fluctuation is way above what is acceptable. I was skeptical about even 118 mg because I have been fasting the previous day. So I went to a reliable hospital lab and checked my blood sugar, it was 107. Now tell me how anybody can use this instrument for any purpose. In fact it actually make a diabetic patients life more difficult, it is better not to have a glucometer than this one that make you take wrong decision. I bought it after seeing so many good review, now I have my own suspicion about those reviews.Build quality seems... While testing every strip showing ERR1 and when I search net it shows that the strips may be out of date or damaged or used. So I cant chek meter and give review whether it is working or not. Another important thing is that thye are showing 25 strip or 50 strips like that but not mentioning whether they will supply only strips without Lancets or stips and lancets. In offline there is no question of not supplying lancets.
