It does soothe your tired eyes but after a while you̢۪ll feel a kind of heaviness in your eyes because of its weight . I tend to keep it for about 20 minutes then remove it . It retains the chill sensation just for about 15-20 minutes. You get a pouch to keep it so you can easily travel with it and is also hygienic. The strap holds the eye gel mask at its proper place but your ears will feel a bit uncomfortable after some while .
