Its an excellent product in this price range. It offers nice cushion so no more pain after standing for too long or during walk. Its helpful during plantar fascia. Do remember to exercise as well to completely get rid of heel pain.

Product is good however this will give extra heel soo got back pain within a day of walk. I suggest use it with flat shoes.
