It doesn̢۪t straighten you hair -because there̢۪s no second plate to hold the hair against the heat. Not only does it not straighten but it DAMAGED my hair. It̢۪s not a ceramic plate so my hair is super frizzy and is burnt. While straightening I could even smell my hair being burnt. Absolutely terrible.
