The set password is not accepted. while trying to crack password as per dell procedure, is not accepting software. required to reload software and ms office etc. this was for two pc and luckily I did not load to other laptop. You can understand the loss done by this quick hill anti virus. I am not able return this product. My feed back of this product was before only on delivery by amazon. |
