Completely worth the money. My PC now boots within 7-8 seconds, even though i have some apps enabled to load during startup.
Previously resource consuming apps like antivirus used to take time to load, but now the apps load quickly.
A must buy, if you need a fast and smooth running PC
Make sure you connect the SSD to a SATA 6.0 (6GBps) port to get the best performance.
I have attached images comparing the speeds of my SSD and HDD using the UserBenchmark and CrystalDiskMark softwares.

Comparison of my SSD and HDD speed:

Read: 494 MB/s
Write: 398 MB/s
Mixed:412 MB/s

WD Blue 1TB (HDD):
Read: 180 MB/s

Make sure that the ssd you receive has model number ending in B/W. If the model number ends in B/AM, the warranty is only valid in America and not in India.

Simply brilliant. Changes your laptop completely for the better and the speeds for transferring data are mind blowing. The Samsung software makes it easy to clone existing hard disk irrespective of the size difference between the donor and the receiver drive. One think to note is that you will get 239 GB on usable space and will further be prompted to reserve an additional 10% as a cache drive to improve the life and reliability of your SSD. You will actually be left with around 210 GB of usable space.
