I was unable to use this as a regular phone. I am able to dial and hear the person on the other side but they could not hear me. They literally could not hear me as though I was in mute and hang up the call. This happened in different locations and different users. i used the same sim in my old phone(samsung galxy..) and never had this issue. I tried to return and Amazon is asking me to install an app and run diagnostics...which I tried but there was no option to resolve the issue. I am waiting to reach out to a technician. But a phone less than a week old does not have a smooth return process. Poor customer service by Amazon in India.
