This review is from: Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime (Gold, 4GB RAM + 64GB Memory) (Electronics) I bought this phone a week back. I was unable to use this as a regular phone. I am able to dial and hear the person on the other side but they could not hear me. They literally could not hear me as though I was in mute and hang up the call. This happened in different locations and different users. i used the same sim in my old phone(samsung galxy..) and never had this issue. I tried to return and Amazon is asking me to install an app and run diagnostics...which I tried but there was no option to resolve the issue. I am waiting to reach out to a technician. But a phone less than a week old does not have a smooth return process. Poor customer service by Amazon in India. Ever since the phone came out, it has been sold at a discount of 2k or more, instead of marketing it at that price range it would be better to sell it at a proper price range like the MI series, to make more sales. The product as such has all the bells and whistles of a basic phone, the lack of headphones is a big minus. Rest of it works for the bucks. Cam, audio and display quality is fair. Don't expect a lot, if you are then go for one+ series. For a samsung this is a good phone in the price range, although the pricing value for this phone should be at 10k (32GB version) instead of 13k |
