The problem still persisted,visited again to service ,told to change the motherboard butpart not available.Again went back to the service center,they opened opened thw mobile saying to change the motherboard.....and now they say there is water inside the mobile cannot be covered under warranty...... Its only 4 months now,i remember that there was no any incidence of water damaged to the mobile.These people are just harassing by giving n number of reasons.....the online support of Samsung ,is pathetic ...they just keep on forwarding the complaints n no response to the complaint.... |
