This review is from: HP 15q- BU005TU 2017 15.6-inch Laptop (Pentium N3710/4GB/1TB/Free DOS/Integrated Graphics), Jet Black (Personal Computers) I purchased this as exchange I reported the product has issue and had technician to visit who confirmed the issues Then I got again replaced. Again had issues which the amazon technician confirmed. Second technician confirmed the product require to be opened and checked for which they are not authorised Issues- laptop display going blur , switch on problm- technician was able to spot more. Suggest to buy windows from directly visiting shop Not only the product issues. There lot of time wasted in the entire process which took almost week for me.
