Why can't Amazon send products like the above or any other appliances in proper packaging? Why don't I see an outer Amazon hardboard packaging? This product was just secured by a single flimsy cello-tape!! Not even a proper duct tape! And, without surprise, the product inside came out to be damaged. I hope someone reads this and addresses this issue. It is happening more often now than ever before. Also, there's screw to correct the damage in my case but to do that i have to peel off a sticker on the handle to access the screw, which will make the warranty void. The 5 star is to make this review visible. One star review won't help many people as they won't read.

Being a bachelor I very well know the importance of a good blender in your kitchen. frankly saying it may not be a best blender available in the market but it is very good at the discounted price i got.
It is very good to handle and work with as blade is covered in plastic gurd so there is no need to worry about blade hitting something while working on. Its hand grip is very good and also the position of the one touch start stop button is also good which makes you easy to Control the blender at same time on and off it.
built material is quite good and noise level is totally low which makes its use during nights and quite time easy for the person like me as my flat is just one rook kitchen and I dont want to disturb my little brother sleeping.
so its helpful in making dosa batter also which is very nice for me.
My persoanl opinion is product is good at the budget price.

Within a few months, blender has stopped working completely.
ORPAT Customer care is not welcoming at all. Here is the story of my wild goose chase - Product is under one year warranty. I call 02822391391 as mentioned in the listing. They give me a number on which nobody picks up. I call the customer care again, raise my complaint. The answer i get - "not sure, you just have to call that number". I tell them - "hey, i have tried a few times". Answer i get "well, tough luck, just keep calling". Basically assumption here is i have infinite patience to call a number, in the hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thus, the idea is - i have to call this number incessantly in the hope that someone picks up?
Dear ORPAT - please have a competent customer care or don't promise Warranty if you are in no mood to offer that. Hugely disappointed with the customer care behavior. Utterly unprofessional and laid-back.
