CAUTION: I tried to replace this defective item, but Amazon is NOT ALLOWING any return/refund.

UPDATE ON 23-Jan-2018: The DVD tray is ejecting out ONLY 80% of the tray-length.
(Tray is not coming out fully, it's getting stuck at 80%. It has to be manually taken out - See photo.)

Purchased this as my old DVD writer went kaputt. Good Item.

Very good experience with this LG internal DVD writer. Great product. Seal pack. Price is low compare to Market. Easy to install. On time delivery. It's working super. Best Dvd writer. I have been using it since 2008.
