Update - The hpshopping.in website offers an included (free) HP Laptop bag for the same model.. That was not included by this shipper on Amazon.

Excellent "Convertible" Laptop! Performs quite crisply and the HD display is very good. I was surprised that a lovely touch-pen is included with the laptop (way to go!).. The installation was smooth (just ensure a strong internet connection, because a lot of update download would be needed to bring the OS to the latest status). I removed the McAfee and went with the (pre-installed) Microsoft Anti-virus etc.. Could also remove a few other bloatware that come pre-installed. One Tera-byte SSHD allows quick boots and yet has ample space..The Microsoft Office 2016 (Home & Student) version pre-installed on this PC is a full installation on the HDD. It is not one of those 1-year online subscription offers (at least so it seemed to my initial checks)... So, that is a very good deal! It comes with 2 regular USB-3 and one mini-type-C... Read more

As of 2018, considering recent new laptop launches, this laptop is not value for money. Only thing i loved in this laptop is the display clarity. It can easily play 2K Videos. But struggles while playing 4K videos. Laptop is throttling heavily even If one application like Mozilla Firefox is used for a longer period(Disk is running more than 70%). This laptop is suitable for those who are entertainment seekers and who love portability. Don't expect heavy gaming and programming tasks from this laptop. Adding to this, my unit is making creaking noise near the hinges and the display panel at the bottom is not intact(maybe my unit is a defective piece).

it says that Microsoft office is included but its now asking for key and to activate within 3 days.feel like cheated
