Very good product. The company is most responsive when there is replacement or repair. Toshiba has a good policy to give new product as a replacement. On the contrary, established companies like SEAGATE gives a certified repaired hard disk as a replacement for faulty product. The certified repaired hard disk is good for nothing. It surely goes out of oder within 3-4 months of usage. Meantime your warranty gets over. Never ever buy SEAGATE. With full confidence go for TOSHIBA products, they are responsible enough.

It is faulty and does not work. hard disk was making a continuous noise. There is problem in hard disk and is totally useless. i send it to Toshiba service center for replacement

My hard disk was not working and I couldn't return it since it was not eligible for return and Toshiba has very poor support in India and have a pathetic warranty service.
