Only to realize it should be a 14 digit code (much later after it was gifted). still struggling to get the 14 digit code from amazon as they are investigating now after 3 phone calls with 3 different agents and different answers each time and the investigation is against me because there is delay in product delivery and issue reporting for which they need my adharcard details. So whats worse? 1) loosing 5 thousand rupees 2) being investigated 3) I still need to buy another gift Never buy this product as you cannot test the code before gifting. |
