No need to give counter sunk screws. The holes in the fixing brackets could be slots for adjustments. High accurate drilling is difficult when fixing on masonry wall. It is extremely flimsy. No way can it support anything heavier than a few candles. Worse yet, the veneer peels off with a mere touch of your fingers. Mine had quite a few chunks of veneer missing.
