This review is from: Bosch AQT 37-13 Plus 1700-Watt Home and Car Washer (Multicolour) (Kitchen & Home) This was sent as replacement to my original order which had damages on the water pressure hose. The replacement was received in good condition and worked absolutely fine for the first time. But, on the second very next usage the unit developed issues with the ON/OFF switch. As the replacement dates had closed by then, I have sent the unit to Authorized service center in Bangalore, M/s. Sri Varu Enterprises, and it's more than a week now still no response from them. The product coming with a warranty of 6 months, and developing a running issue in its second usage, don't know after the 6 months what will be cost I will be spending on running repair. And Bosch customer service is appalling. I have been trying to contact them for the past few days to get a service engineer to visit. The numbers that come up when you do an online search appear to be based in UK. I called thrice and each time they provided a different number to call up in India. And the reps answering the local numbers have been literally clueless about the product and have each time ended the call saying they cannot help and do not know who should be contacted for this particular product. I used to wash it roof, approximately area of 1800 sq. ft. Saved water and lots of hard work. Sprayed water on tree leaves, washed car and bike ... I recommend it for every house hold. Pressure is adequate and handling is very easy. Many components fit on the machine itself. There is place to wind the power cable and hose pipe. Additional pouches for keeping many parts. |
