The lid is hard to open even by a person with strong hands like me. The trouble is the LID doesn't offer any friction to grab it to open and is barely one inch tall. The lid design must be changed. Cadbury - take a look at the "Aashirvad ghee" 1L plastic bottle lid for design cues.
