Unlike foam filled Smiley Ball, this one does not disintegrate and leave a mess everywhere. It gives good workout for fingers, as I spend almost 8-10 hours per day on keyboard, this ball gives good relief for finger stress. I'm reducing one star - as this is gel surface, it is somewhat sticky and attracts dust on contact very easily.
