This is the best cookie press I have come across especially if you are doing bulk orders. I have used a bunch of cookie presses, comparatively Marcato is very sturdy and it won't break even if your dough is a bit hard, which happened to me with some other cookie presses. You don't have to change your recipe to use this cookie press. If you are a pastry person who makes a lot of cookies just go for it. It's totally worth it.
