Well.. It could have been my first espresso machine. I was tired of cafe coffee day staff of teaching how to make espresso.. Like they used to make 120 ml for double shot... terrible. Starbucks didn't make any better and their trade practise leaves much to desired. I don't support blood diamond and certainly I don't want to support blood coffee :)

So I found that double shot in this one got stuck... I returned after cleaning and ordered delonghi from UK and nearly $333 including all duties etc. And guess what? That machine couldn't even deliver single shot for exact same grind and occupied far more space. Note that importing from usa will be slightly cheaper but then you have to invest in Step up transformer.

Anyway, I did lots of espresso guidelines and here is what you must do to get a good shot.

First and foremost buy from reputed small time shop. Bluetokai is best for me.

Brew within two weeks of roasting.

Giving one star as of now as received a damaged product with missing frothing jug. Also steamer for milk frothing is not working. Have informed Amazon. I will revise the rating next week after receiving the replacement one and using the machine. However, the plastic looks and feel very cheap and of degraded quality. I am still thinking whether i should have bought the Morphy Europa which was costing about 3k lesser than this one. Went for this machine only because of 15 bar pressure of pump which tecnora claims is from some Italian manufacturer. But the cheap plastic quality and missing jug has raised severe doubts in my mind regarding the quality as well as pump pressure.

Update 1:

Got replaced with a newer machine. Updating the rating to 3 star as:
Pros:

A) The machine is able to make Good espresso with crema.

B) Detachable Water tank

C) u can make single as well as Doubke Espresso shot

This Espresso Coffee maker is pure value for money. Pulls nice espresso shots and requires almost no prior experience.
Pros :
1. The built quality is quite good at the price point and has a intelligent design.
2. Very easy to operate and use .
3. Almost all accessories are given for a satisfying cup of coffee everytime.
4. Manual explains everything, in a simple manner.
5. Packaging was nice and well managed.

Cons:
1. Tamper is quite flimsy. May need to buy a real one after a few months of usage.
2. Machine gets hot .

This product surely delivers and with a little effort learning the art of making coffee, one can really make great coffee with this machine.
Also, the free coffee powder is nice to have, but it won't be fresh anyway. Better to keep it away and grind beans fresh everytime ...
