This review is from: BERKOWITS HAIR & SKIN CLINICS Sebum Watch Facewash for Acne Scar (BW-SEB) (Misc.) It has Ingredients of exfoliator that shall peel the dead skin. But because these ingredients are so less, but it clears the debris effectively. Do not expect instant glow or fairness as your tanned skin or dead cells won't be peeling off completely. Yet, it is good face wash because of its ingredients. Salicylic acid helps by dissolving the type of skin debris that clogs pores and causes acne. This product has only 2% of Salicylic Acid, where as 5 - 15% of Salicylic Acid is considered chemical peel. Any cream or gel with 2% can be put all night. Thus this product has so much less Salicylic Acid and isn't a great chemical peel. Glycolic acid has small molecules that penetrates quickly into skin and cleans. (but it may causes irritation) Note: Because it takes off the dead skin, your skin will be more prone and can be easily exposed to direct sun. I have stubborn cystic hormonal acne. This face wash cleared them overnight by 70-80%. I'm so glad I chose to go with this. If you have problematic skin just go for it. You only need one pump and need to massage it on your face and keep it for about a minute. Then rinse off. Since this peels the skin it will also give you a very healthy glow and will get rid of all skin issues simply by providing you new skin.
