Apparently, the hard copy comes with a CD which demonstrates the topics discussed in the book. But, in the Kindle version, this is not available. Thus, many theoritical discussions go over the head - Meend, Andolan, Kampit, differences amongst gharanas, distinction amongst shuddh, komal, and teevr swars, to name a few.
