I purchased Redmi 6 Pro on 14th September, and it stop working from 8th October morning and i went to TVSe ( Mi service center at Lalbaug (mumbai) and it was closed then again i went on 9th October Tuesday, I was in a queue and my turn came almost after an hour, when i went to service desk with my bill which was with the box but they refuse to accept it as it was not proper readable then i took another print out from my email and give it them. Now they check my mobile and said there is one dent on mobile so they cannot replace it and they will not open and see my phone because they don't have parts of this mobile and it can take minimum 45 days.
Now i am helpless without mobile as they will not replace my mobile nor they will repair.

This is the 5th Redmi series mobile purchased and gifted to my family members. Overall Redmi 6 pro is of very good quality out of all, except the sound. Battery power lasts for more than a day, depending upon the usage! But I am not happy with the warranty conditions and the Service of Xiaomi India. Redmi Note 3 motherboard burnt within 6 months, bcz of battery short circuit and xiaomi rejected the warranty, saying no warranty for motherboard! Complaints didn't work out. Hence lost 10K.

Good mobile over all with excellent battery back up decent camera but front camera is little disappointing cant see oreo notification dots need to improve MIUI
