Perfect to carry along for travel 3. No unhealthy ingredients 4. Versatile. We had it as cereal as well as made pancakes out of it It doesn’t taste too much like apple flavour though. And in hindsight, i realize it is because of no preservatives and no artificial flavour. Good for a healthy snack when outdoors or running out of time. With no preservatives and added flavors it proved to be a healthier and safer option, but she enjoyed it only after I added some extra sugar and banana to the mix. Still consider it a healthier option than most of the cereals available in the market.
