That will be the first reaction you'll get when you hold the product in your hands. All-metal finish, solid and heavily built. It just oozes quality. The device itself is very good. It is small and sleek - I only wish the illumination ring was on the outside, rather than in the middle. In a way, maybe it is good as it won't be too bright inside the car at night. However I don't have any complaints. It is not a 2 x 2.4A charger. The max current is 3.6A. Which means that if one device draws 2.4A, then the other device will be given only 1.2A and this will charge slightly slowly. So please be aware of this when you buy it. In my case this was perfect and this is what I wanted. I had a charger with 2 x 2.4A and in my new car, it kept blowing the fuse when I used it. This is why I wanted a charger with lower max current output. Overall great product.
