Changing the rating from 5 to 1 after year of usage. This product is only good till the time it̢۪s working - if at all it stopped working , you will continue to wonder about its customer service and warranty. There is actually no centralised number- the number given for warranty purpose will connect to the office in Gujarat- they will give you local distributor number and distributor will ask you to drop the item at there service Center. Now the service Center can be in other city - for Gurgaon it was in Faridabad. This would mean for a item that cost around 500+, you will have to shell out at least 1000 bucks in petrol.
A product is as good as its quality of service - and it doesn̢۪t comes true for all orpat product. Stay away if you would like to purchase any orpat product.

Used now for almost 3-4 months, product is good for the price I got.
But after 3 weeks usage (used only on sundays), I found that the plate is do light, it gets too heated up and sticks to clothes. Destroyed my one shirt and two trousers.
To be used with utmost care. Not a good one.

Just received the product couple of minutes ago. Giving 3 stars coz the package was damaged and the sole plate has scratches already at 2 places at the bottom of sole plate (See photos). Working wise, it heated up quite quickly. Would rate 4 stars for that. Bought it for ₹399.
