I've never used any smartphone outside of Samsung. Last Samsung phone I used was J7 Prime (flagship ones are out of my budget), and I was content with it. I bought On7 Prime on March 30, and was happy initially. Then after three months, charger stopped working. And then slowly phone started overheating. Battery life has dropped down significantly, almost by 50%. Nothing, except the camera and design is worth the money in this phone. Absolute disaster. Can understand why Samsung's losing ground in India.
